What's your favourite thing about being an agent in Sudbury?

 

One of the neatest things about being a Realtor in Sudbury is the diversity of our market. Whether you’re looking for a place on the lake, a condo, a townhouse, or a farm - it takes an experienced Realtor to understand each market.

 

What are my closing costs?

Selling and buying are different but either way, these costs should be accounted for in your budget outside of your downpayment, and your deposit. For those of you who like to plan ahead here's a quick example:

  • 5% minimum of the sale price for a down payment

  • $1,950 lawyer fees for a purchase under 500k

  • $1,200 lawyer fees for a sale under 500k

  • 1% of the purchase price for land transfer tax
